Tora Point Surf Guide
Tora Point in the Waiararpa is an exposed point break that has fairly consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Ideal winds are from the southwest. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the south southeast. The quality of the surf isn't affected by the tide. Even when there are waves, it's not likley to be crowded. Watch out for rocks.
