Tropicana Surf Guide
Tropicana on the West Coast is a fairly exposed reef break that has reasonably consistent surf. Winter and spring are the optimum times of year to visit. Ideal winds are from the east northeast. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the best swell direction is from the north. A left hand reef break. Best around high tide. Sometimes crowded. Hazards include urchins,coral and rocks.
