Seaton Carew Surf Guide
Seaton Carew in North East England is a fairly exposed beach and reef break that only works once in a while. Winter and spring are the best times of year to visit. Works best in offshore winds from the west northwest with some shelter here from northwest winds. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the northeast. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Hazards include pollution/groynes.
