Baya Reef in West Java is an exposed reef break that usually has waves. May-Oct (Dry Season) is the best time of year for waves. Offshore winds blow from the east northeast. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the ideal swell angle is from the southwest. There is a left hand reef break. When the surf is up, it can get quite busy in the water. Watch out for rocks.
