Thirroul Surf Guide
Thirroul in Sydney South is an exposed beach and reef break that has reasonably consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Ideal winds are from the west northwest. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell angle is from the southeast. The beach break provides left and right handers and there is a right hand reef break as well.. Sometimes crowded. Beware of rips, rocks and sharks.
