Polzeath Surf Guide
Polzeath in North Cornwall is a fairly exposed beach and point break that has fairly consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the east with some shelter here from northwest winds. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the best swell direction is from the west northwest. The beach break provides left and right handers Surfable at all stages of the tide. It's often crowded here. Watch out for dangerous rips.
