Pizo Surf Guide
Pizo in Madeira is a fairly exposed reef break that only works when conditions are just right. Autumn and winter are the optimum times of year for waves. Offshore winds are from the northeast. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the east northeast. No reef break here. The location means that it never gets crowded. Take care to avoid the rocks.
