Pico Creek Surf Guide
Pico Creek in San Luis Obispo is an exposed beach and reef break that has fairly consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds blow from the northeast. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the ideal swell angle is from the southwest. There is a right breaking reef. Best around mid tide when the tide is rising. Even when there are waves, it's not likley to be crowded. Beware of rips, rocks and sharks.
