Mesa Surf Guide
Mesa in Santa Barbara is a fairly exposed reef break that has quite reliable surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds are from the northeast. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the west southwest. Best around mid tide. When the surf is up, it can get quite busy in the water. Submerged rocks are a hazard.
