Le Racou Surf Guide
Le Racou in Languedoc-Roussillon is a reasonably exposed beach and reef break that only works when conditions are just right. Summer in particular tends to be flat. Offshore winds are from the west. Waves more likely to be from local windswells than distant groundswells and the ideal wave direction is from the east southeast. Waves at the beach break both left and right and primariliy left reef breaks. Surfable at all stages of the tide. It's often crowded here. Take care of rocks, rips, crowds.
