Ko Samui Surf Guide
Ko Samui in Gulf of Thailand is an exposed beach break that does not work very often. Nov-April (Wet Season) provides best time of year for waves. Offshore winds blow from the west northwest. Waves just as likely from local windswells as from distant groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the east southeast. The beach break offers both left and right hand waves. Rarely crowded here. Dangerous rips are a hazard of surfing here.
