Jumeirah Beach Surf Guide
Jumeirah Beach in Persian Gulf is an exposed sandbar break that has pretty consitent surf. Winter is the favoured time of year for surfing here. The best wind direction is from the southeast. The short fetch makes for windswells rather than groundswells and the best wave direction is from the northwest. The sandbar breaks offer lefts and rights. The quality of the surf isn't affected by the tide. Even when there are waves, it's not likley to be crowded.
