Hawkes Point Surf Guide
Hawkes Point in North Cornwall is a fairly exposed point break that has inconsistent surf with no particular seasonal pattern. Offshore winds blow from the southwest. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the best swell direction is from the west northwest. There is no beach break and there is also a left hand point break. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Be wary of rips - they make surfing here dangerous.
