Three swells cross at Fletchers. The big WSW groundswell which has turned to mix with the NW swell, making it very setty, and a short period local easterly wind swell at right angles. The wave is still working, and about head-high here, but there would be annoying speedbumps down the line. We went to Wharariki instead. This was more exposed to the groundswell and the Archway Islands blocked most of the windswell. The wind was more offshore there too.
