Playa con olas consistentes gran parte del ano, pero lamentablemente los locales secraterizan por tener un nivel medio bajo de surf, bao nivel cultural y como resultado son personas muy agresivas dentro y fuera del agua...

Thank you for some other informative website. Where else may I get that type of info written in such an ideal way? I've a mission that I'm just now operating on, and I've been on the look out for such information.

As a local at Encuentro, I would personally say that your statements are false, in relation to my personal experiences. The surfers there aren't aggressive, unless they feel the need to be. I.E. You drop in on someone KNOWINGLY more than once, badmouth anyone, etc. The cultural level there is, how do you say...the beach life. It is what it is. Don't like it, too bad. Just putting in my two cents ^_^. Have a good day.
