Castle Rock Surf Guide
Castle Rock in Margaret River is a very sheltered point break that only works once in a while. Summer in particular tends to be flat. Works best in offshore winds from the south southwest with some shelter here from southwest winds. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the northwest. No point break here. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Rarely crowded here. Sharks may be a hazard at this break.
