Bolt Head Surf Guide
Bolt Head in South Devon is a fairly exposed point break that does not work very often. Winter is the optimum time of year for surfing here. Ideal winds are from the north. Usually gets local windswells, but groundswells do happen and the best wave direction is from the southwest. Best around mid tide. Take care of the strong rips here.
