This picture describes the range of swells directed at The Bombie and Boat Ramp through an average September, based on 3360 NWW3 model predictions since 2006 (values every 3 hours). The wave model does not forecast wind and surf right at the coast so we have chosen the most applicable grid node based on what we know about The Bombie and Boat Ramp, and at The Bombie and Boat Ramp the best grid node is 45 km away (28 miles).
