Winchesteer Bay/Umpqua Jetty in Oregon_South is an exposed beach/Jetty break that has dependable surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds are from the east with some shelter here from north winds. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the best swell direction is from the west. The beach breaks are all rights. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up. Take care of rips and sharks.
