Shida in Kanagawa and Chiba is an exposed beach break that only works once in a while Works best in offshore winds from the south. Windswells are much more typical than groudswells and the ideal wave direction is from the southeast. Waves at the beach break both left and right. Best around high tide. It's often crowded here. The water quality here is rather suspect.
