17th Street Boardwalk in Georgia is an exposed beach/Pier break that has reasonably consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the west. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the best swell direction is from the east. The beach break provides left and right handers. Best around mid tide. Rarely crowded here. Beware of rips, rocks, locals and sharks.
