Playa Negra in Guanacaste is an exposed beach and point break that has consistent surf Offshore winds are from the east. Groundswells are more common than windswells and the ideal swell angle is from the west northwest. The beach break offers both left and right hand waves Best around mid tide. A fairly popluar wave that can sometimes get crowded Watch out for urchins and rocks.
