Parada Santa in NW Luzon is an exposed beach/seawall break that has pretty consitent surf. Summer offers the best conditions for surfing. Works best in offshore winds from the northeast. Most of the surf comes fis in the form of windswells and the ideal wave direction is from the southwest. The beach breaks offer left-handers. Rarely crowded here. Beware of rocks,seaweed.
