Molho Leste in Peniche is a fairly exposed beach break that does not work very often. Summer in particular tends to be flat. Offshore winds are from the northeast. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the southwest. The beach break offers both left and right hand waves. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Often Crowded. Crowds may reach hazard levels at this break - consider wearing a lid.
