La Nora in Asturias is an exposed beach and point break that has quite consistent surf. Autumn and winter are the best times of year for waves. Offshore winds are from the south. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the north northwest. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights and there is a left hand point break as well. Best around mid tide. Likely to be crowded if working. Watch out for rocks / crowds.
