Jimmys in Sumatra is an exposed reef break that has fairly consistent surf. May-Oct (Dry Season) is the favoured time of year for waves. The best wind direction is from the northeast. Groundswells more frequent than windswells and the best swell direction is from the southwest. Both left and right reef breaks. Relatively few surfers here, even on good days.
