Ethel Wreck in Yorke Peninsula is an exposed reef break that does not work very often. Summer offers the favoured conditions for surfing. The best wind direction is from the northeast. Groundswells more frequent than windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. There are left and right breaking reefs. Often Crowded. Watch out for rips, rocks, sharks,wreck.
