Cupula in Antofagasta is an exposed reef and point break that has reliable surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the east southeast. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the southwest. The left hand reef break is better than the right. and in addition, there is also a left hand point break. A fairly popluar wave that can sometimes get crowded Take care of rocks and urchins.
