Cape Younghusband in Kangaroo Island is an exposed point break that has fairly consistent surf. Winter is the favoured time of year for surfing here. Offshore winds are from the north. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the best swell direction is from the southwest.The break here is a left hand point. Best around mid tide. It's sometimes crowded here. Beware of rocks, rips and sharks.
