Cabo Ledo in Benguela is an exposed point break that is often working. Winter is the favoured time of year for surfing here. Offshore winds are from the northeast. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the optimum swell angle is from the southwest.There is a left hand point break here. The quality of the surf isn't affected by the tide. Even when there are waves, it's not likley to be crowded. Watch out for and rips.
