Cabedelo in North Portugal is an exposed beach/pier break that has pretty consitent surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds blow from the east. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the optimum swell angle is from the west.. When the surf is up, it can get quite busy in the water. Watch out for dangerous rips.
